Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US public holidays). You receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a dispatch notification.
Delivery Time
International shipping: an estimated 4-7 business days after dispatch. Every shipment is tracked. Estimates are not a guarantee — customs processing and peak periods can affect delivery times.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system.
Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free; the current threshold is shown in the announcement bar and at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to the destination country's customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and may be collected at delivery. We cannot predict or control these fees.
Address Issues & Lost Packages
Need to correct your address? Email support@banqbanq.com immediately — we can update it until the order ships. If tracking shows no movement or a package appears lost, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
