These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Banq Banq, and any order you place on it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our Products Are Cosmetics

The products we sell are cosmetics and dietary supplements — not medicines. They are intended to cleanse and care for hair and scalp and to support the appearance of hair; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Discontinue use if irritation occurs, and consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition. For medical hair-loss conditions, consult a dermatologist.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order (for example, in case of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud); if we cancel an order after payment you receive a full refund. Prices are shown in USD or EUR; any applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers; we never store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated times are not a guarantee; if a shipment is delayed we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Returns

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password confidential, and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, design — belongs to Banq Banq or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use of the site.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Banq Banq is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
