30-Day Return Policy
You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with all set components included.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email support@banqbanq.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send a package back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@banqbanq.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund including shipping — whichever you prefer.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Sets must be returned complete. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
